MediaCom shortlisted for 15 New Generation awards

11 September, Johannesburg, South Africa – MediaCom South Africa has been nominated for 15 New Generation Awards. The shortlisted entries stood out in their respective categories for innovative use of digital media and cutting-edge online tools. MediaCom’s campaign finalists include iconic brands such as Ariel, Gillette, Siemens, Centrum, and Times Media Films. Due to a very successful year in the world of social media, MediaCom is also a finalist for the Overall Agency of the Year Award and the Overall Social and Digital Corporate Winner Award.

On the 28th of September, some of South Africa’s top agencies, corporates, and learning institutions will gather at Monte Casino for the New Generation’s fifth awards ceremony. Founded in 2012, the New Generation Social & Digital Media Awards aims to “identify true winners at the forefront of South Africa’s future communications, media, and digital technologies.”

The important differentiator between New Generation Awards and other industry awards is that the entry criteria is strongly focused on results and insight-based success.
