Training employees can be tedious and time-consuming for organizations. Traditional teaching methods such as the written word and employee-teach-employee are slow and boring. These methods not only consume operational productive hours, they often call for repetition; resulting in operational and learning inefficiencies. At Goon Valley we take learning materials that relay procedures, systems training, policy training, leadership programs or any other desired learning outcome and compress it into short video lessons. The lessons are created as colourful anecdotes to inspire interest and captivate the learner, whilst producing a high rate of information retention. The videos are integrated with our platform where learning outcomes are assessed. Ultimately our product saves man hours, increases employee competency and is a tool for scalability.
